The bachelor thesis intends to introduce the push-ups for easier use in physical education. The thesis focuses on the use of combat exercises in physical education in high school. The first part of the thesis is theoretical, which deals with the characteristics of combat exercises, a more detailed overview of their classification, the importance of teaching combat exercises and looks at combat exercises from a didactic point of view. In the second part, which is practical, you will find method sheets for teaching combat exercises in physical education in secondary schools. The creation of the worksheets should help teachers to prepare for the lesson and the theoretical part serves to explain the core of the push-ups and their use. Both parts are based on the literature.
Inclusion of elements from judo in physical education at the 1st stage of elementary school

The diploma thesis focuses on the inclusion of judo elements in physical education at the 1st grade of elementary school. The goal of this thesis is to design and verify in practice a teaching program that would correspond to the skills and abilities of first-grade students. It is a comprehensive program of movement skills in the field of preparatory exercises and basic techniques, which is intended for beginners in the field of judo. The created program is taught in several groups of 1st grade students of different ages, at the end of the program the individual techniques were evaluated by the evaluation committee. The proposed program is evaluated by the students in the form of a questionnaire survey. It is functional and attractive for students. The knowledge gained can serve as a guide or motivation for how and why to work with judo as part of physical education at the 1st grade of primary schools. The attitude of the Czech Republic scout leaders to Combat Training

1 Abstract Title: The attitude of the Czech Republic scout leaders to Combat Training Scientific question: Recent situation is associated with the decrease of physical contact among the young generation. Due to the spread of modern technologies, children have fewer physical activities, and they are closed in. The world's largest educational organization, "Scouting", has always gone against this trend. It seeks to educate new generations in connection with nature in order to educate individuals who are strong, versatile and fearless. The mean that achieves given goal and that has been frequently used is combat - combat training. Objectives: The main objective is to find out how the scout leaders perceive and how is the combat training applied in scout program nowadays. Methods: The main method was a questionnaire for scout leaders to find out their views on combat, their level of foundation and the reality how combat is performed in their scout group. Data were collected from 186 scout leaders. The most numerous group of respondents are young people aged 18-30 (81.2%), represented by women 63.4% and men 36%. Title: History and use of self-defense Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the history and development of self-defense techniques in martial arts and combat sports in the world, interactions, and the factors that influence the development and the course of self-defense situation from the technical conditions to compliance with statutory rules to maintain the status of the self-defense, permitted by law (legal) action. In the thesis there is the exercise training of self-defense techniques and basic training in martial arts elements applied in self-defense suggested. The appropriate specialized literature and websites dealing with applicability of various pieces of knowledge to the problems of self-defense were used as a source of information. The solving lead to the conclusion that the fighting skills have accompanied mankind since time immemorial, and have developed with it as well. Development of mixed martial arts in Czech Republic

Name: Development of mixed martial arts in Czech republic Objectives: The purpose of this thesis is to analyze wide public audience in the Czech Republic and its awarenessof martial arts and sports in general. The thesis will be mainly focused on martial art called MMA. Finding general information about the clubs involved in MMA in the Czech Republic , for example: How long they work, how many members they like. In theoretical part deals with the history and development of combative martial arts , both in the Czech Republic and abroad. The research , part two analyzes conducted polls. Methods Quantitative research, Method questionnaire survey. Results The survey showed that the general public people in the Czech Republic has a relatively high knowledge of martial arts and MMA . In the second survey questioned MMA clubs shows that most MMA clubs operating in the Czech Republic for more than 10 years , have more than 100 members , aged 21-45let . Mapping the occurrence of teaching martial activities in PE at primary schools and grammar schools in Prague

Title: Mapping the occurrence of teaching martial arts in physical education at primary schools, secondary schools and grammar schools in Prague. Objective: The goal of the research is to find out how education in P.E. classes reflects the recommendation of framework education programme about education of martial arts, what percentage of clasśes do martial arts take in P.E. and to describe current trends of implementing martial arts to the curriculum or discover the reasons behind not implementing from the P.E. teacher's perspective. Methods: Analysis of literature of the given topic. We chose a survey as a research instrument. Based on previously published survey, which asked about the education of martial arts at a smaller selection of schools in Moravian region (Reguli, Ďurech, Vít, 2007), we created a purposeful survey. The survey was made on a platform service survio.com and distributed via e-mail to individual headmasters. They passed on the survey to P.E. teachers Results: Based on the evaluation of the survey, it was found that 75 of 84 teachers involve combat activities in P.E. classes. Of all of the questioned, 48 respondents were men and 34 women. Most of our respondents were between 31-40 years old. Most respondents teach only at E.P.A., 48 in total.
